When a woman is happy, it makes the man happy. But for a woman, if the man is happy, it does little to make her happy.

Men need to be aware that noticing things make women really happy. "Oh, you got a new haircut, you look fabulous!" A woman will let a man know she's going to get her hair done so that the man will be prepared later on to notice when she does get her hair done. Men don't give such advance notice so they will think, "Why is see telling me that?" and then not notice later on.

Men need to notice the little things to make women happy.
