Dr. Gray points out that men's and women's brains are wired differently. For a man, there is less connection and communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Men have difficulty thinking about their feelings and then talking about their feelings. When a man is thinking, he's using the left side of his brain and it's difficult to access his feels in the right side of his brain.

John Gray helps increase awareness and understanding of the fact that there are brain differences between men and women.
